Roundtable Chats with the 2022 APL Nationals Team

We were filming some content in the lead up to the 2022 APL Nationals event at the Gold Coast. Whilst we had all the camera gear set up, we thought why not have a little round table discussion with the lifters and coaches discussing the powerlifting scene in Australia and Overseas.

Over the nationals weekend we had 10 lifters compete in the 2022 APL Nationals event. The event was held at the Novotel in Surfers Paradise, lifting was spread across 3 days between June 17th - 19th.

These events are always such a great time, lifters get to step onto a competitive platform and lift with the best lifters in Australia. Each year the competition becomes more competitive and the competitions get bigger and better.

Powerlifting in Australia is not slowing down. Below is the lifting schedule for the 3 days.
