Lifting Results from APL Nationals 2022

Lee-Anne competed in the open and masters 40-44 under 67.5 kg wrapped division.

Lee is not short for hobbies and is always keeping active outside of the gym, she also loves the occasional Les Mills class. However one of the more regular hobbies is clay target shooting.

Comp day Lee finished 3rd place with:

Squat - 157.5 kg

Bench - 85 kg

Deadlift - 170 kg

Total - 412.5 kg

Since nationals 2022, Lee has competed at the 2022 APL World Championships, the Mayhem Classic at underground Barbell and now is focusing on building a big base to keep pushing her numbers up. She recently squatted 150 kg in sleeves, benched 92.5 kg, deadlifted 180 kg. Lee wants to keep building her strength and work towards a 160kg squat, 100kg bench and 200kg deadlift. Time to keep working!
